Windows & macOS Support. Operating system related issue resolution. Get expert assistance resolving Windows or macOS issues including crashes, boot failures, performance problems, system errors, software conflicts, and corrupted files. Every issue is classified into one of three tiers based on complexity and typical resolution time. Three Tier Issue Classification and Pricing: 1. Simple / Basic – (15 – 30 mins) - $50 Quick Diagnostics, Email Configuration Issues, Game App Issues like EAC, Minor App / Software Issues, Driver Reinstallation, Cleanup /Tune-ups / Performance Boost. 2. Moderate (30-60 mins) - $75 Corrupted system files, Complex Error Messages, Simple boot issues (Startup failures) 3. Complex (1 – 2 Hour) - $125 OS Reinstall, Bootloader / BIOS Repair, BSOD Investigations, System Crashes Additional time: $60 per hour after the first 2 hours. Service Type: We offer the following 4 types of service to fix the issue, or to suit your requirements. 1. Remote Desktop Session (Recommended First Step / Fastest turn around time): Remote support requires the system to boot into operating system and have internet connection. When possible, all services should begin with remote diagnostics. This is the fastest and most affordable way to resolve most OS issues. Pricing follows the 3-Tier Classification above. Remote support is suitable for issues where: A) The computer boots to the desktop B) Internet access is available C) No hardware failure is suspected D) Software/driver/system errors are the likely cause 2. Drop-Off Repair: You drop off your device, we repair it, and you pick it up once completed. Recommended when: • The device cannot stay connected for remote support • You prefer not to schedule an on-site visit • Repairs require extended time Pricing: Follows the same 3-Tier Classification as Remote Sessions. 3. Pickup and Return Service: We pick up your device, repair it, and return it to your location. Used when: • This service is ideal for major repairs requiring 3+ hours, • For customers who prefer full concierge handling. Pricing: • Starts at $200, depending on severity and complexity 4. On-Site support service call: We come to your location to diagnose and repair the issue. Used when: • The system cannot boot at all • Hardware access is required • You prefer in-person service • Business environment requires onsite work Pricing: • $125 for the first 1.5 hours • Then $60 per hour thereafter
