Three-Tier Classification & Pricing: Simple Infection (15–30 mins) – $80 Browser hijackers, mild adware, pop-ups, fake alerts, unwanted toolbars, and minor background malware. Includes scan, cleanup, and performance boost. Moderate Infection (30–60 mins) – $120 Multiple malware components, persistent pop-ups after reboot, damaged browser settings, suspicious processes, and system slowdowns caused by infection. Severe Infection / Ransomware (1–2 hours) – $200 Ransomware (non-encrypted systems), deep malware embedded in startup/services, fake antivirus programs, rootkits (when removable), or heavy system compromise requiring multi-step repair. Additional time: $60 per hour after 2 hours. Service Types: Remote Session (Recommended First Step) Most infections can be removed securely via remote access if the computer boots and has internet. Fast, cost-effective, and follows the tiered pricing above. Drop-Off Repair For slow or heavily infected systems that cannot maintain a stable remote connection. You drop off the device; we perform full cleanup, scans, repairs, and security hardening. Pricing follows the same tier structure. Pickup & Return Service We pick up your device, complete the cleanup and repairs, and return it. Ideal for major infections or customers who prefer full handling. Starts at $220, depending on severity. On-Site Support Visit Used when the system cannot boot, internet is unavailable, or business environments require in-person service. Pricing: $150 for the first 1.5 hours, then $60 per hour.
